Account Manager

Job Description

  1. Responsible for the execution of every project we deliver: Concepts, Media and Application development, Mobile Apps, Digital Media and Enterprise Website Designs.
  2. To develop and fortify the relationships between the clients and the internal creative, strategy and tech teams to make the work happen.
  3. Ability to make decisions and solve problems from day one.
  4. To make sure the work gets done and it all meets the required standards.
  5. Need to be quite technical to do project scoping, effort estimation as per client requirement, budget and schedules.
  6. Need to manage expectations of the client and internal teams, synthesize different points of view and incorporate other people\'s ideas into an active project plan.

 Qualification & Experience:

  1. Experience in interactive project/account management. We need someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start.
  2. Exceptional management skills. With projects under their charge from start to finish, Account Manager requires an inherent knack for spreadsheets, timelines, budgeting and juggling. (Metaphorical. Mostly.)
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.  
  4. A sense of ownership for everything they deliver.
  5. People who see the energy, time and sheer tenacity it takes to build a giant business from a single idea and think.
  6. MBA with B.Tech (Computer Science) degree preferred.
  7. 3+ years of experience in client servicing preferably in Web and Digital services.
